Lynnette Noblitt is a government professor at Eastern Kentucky University and chair of the Department of Government. She has a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School, a master’s degree from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree from Yale University. She came to Eastern Kentucky University in 2005 after a legal career in New York City with the law firm Ropes and Gray.
