Eric P. Robinson, Ph.D., is an associate professor at the University of South Carolina’s Joseph F. Rice School of Law. He has also taught at Louisiana State University, City University of New York Graduate School of Journalism, Baruch College and the University of Nevada. Robinson is also of counsel to Fenno Law in Charleston/Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, which focuses on media and internet law. He has written the book, “Cyber Law and Ethics: Regulation of the Connected World, 1st Edition” (2021) and dozens of articles, book chapters and reviews. He has also presented talks around the United States about the First Amendment.
