Cleveland Ferguson III, J.D., is the executive vice president and chief administrative officer for the Jacksonville Transportation Authority. Previously, he worked as the deputy chief administrative officer for the City of Jacksonville. He also was a tenured professor of law at Florida Coastal School of Law where he taught courses in business, commercial and constitutional law.
