Bruce Altschuler is a professor emeritus political science at SUNY Oswego, where he was a professor for 37 years. He is the author or co-author of eight books, most recently Lights, Camera, Execution!: Cinematic Portrayals of Capital Punishment in 2019. His numerous scholarly articles include “Is the Pentagon Papers Case Relevant in the Age of WikiLeaks?” After retirement, he became one of the vice chairs of Brooklyn For Peace.
