Alan Tauber is a constitutional law attorney in Washington and an adjunct professor at Seattle University School of Law. In addition to a law degree from George Washington University School of Law, Tauber has a master’s degree in political science from the University of South Carolina. He has taught at the University of South Carolina, Penn State University, and Virginia Commonwealth University. His first book, “Medellin v.
