Steven G. Mason has been practicing law for over 30 years and is double board certified by the Florida Bar in criminal trials and criminal appeals. He was the plaintiff in the notable First Amendment case Mason v. Florida Bar (11th Cir. 2000), a case in which he sued the Florida Bar association over its attempt to censor one of Mason’s ads.
