Joseph Rosenblum is general counsel at Mercy Housing, an affordable housing organization that aims to eliminate homelessness in Denver, Colorado. Before working there, he was general counsel to Thistle Communities, another affordable housing organization in Colorado. He received a master’s degree in community and regional planning before earning a law degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 2006.
