David E. Bernstein is a university professorship chair at the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University where he teaches courses regarding constitutional law, evidence, expert and scientific evidence, product liability and torts. He is the author of five books and coauthor of two more. His most recent book is Classified, The Untold Story of Racial Classification in America.
