Bruce E. Auerbach was a political science professor at Albright University before retiring in 2017. He earned his undergraduate and master’s degrees in political science from Drew University and his Ph.D. in political science from the University of Minnesota. He authored many articles and papers in political philosophy and constitutional law. He was particularly interested in the due process clause of the 14th Amendment and the erosion of constitutional and human rights protections as a result of the war on terror. Auerbach’s most influential publication was “Unto the Thousandth Generation: Conceptualizing Intergenerational Justice” (1995).
